it's just screen off even though it's in the Active mode

you can receive calls, charge the phone and even you can listen some sounds like plug in and out the charger regardless the black screen

simply

everything is running well unless the black screen

what I have to do? how can i fix it ??

I recently wanted to reboot it just to have a dumb phone, so I charged it and showed no vital signs. Then I bought a new battery, I started it did a very short vibration, the window logo appeared on the screen for couple seconds, then black; I let it charge but anything changed.

When I plug the charger, still nothing happens, when I try to turn it on it still vibrates for a moment but nothing else happens: no window logo anymore, no anything.

I know I can reset it to factory settings but I would like it to restart it as it was just to keep few of the apps I had (specially an audio recording app and the file manager: lumia OS sucks without a dedicated app for that) and I fear that if I restore the factory settings I will struggle finding that apps still on the store.

*First I don’t know why but in the search there is no model number 550. Maybe iFixit needs to add it to the database. So I selected the closest one - 535.

I am having some issue with the Microsoft Lumia 550. It doesn’t want to charge up and to turn on. I readed on internet that they are many guys with the same problem and nobody found a solution for that. After a drop the screen has been dead and I replaced it with a new one and it does not turn on. Only vibrates for a second and thats all. He doesn’t want to charge. I was thinking that it’s from the battery and ordered a new one but still the same issue. Nothing found on internet. I don’t know if the problem is from some chip or the usb port. Any suggestions? The phone is not important but the files inside it are. If there is a way to recover only the files from the phone will be great. If I orded a second had motherboard is it possible to replace the chip which contains the files to the new motherboard? And if yes is it hard and which chip is it?

I use lumia 535 about 1year. It have very very very very bad location and gps system. It find location very very very very late, Sometimes about half hour. What is the solution if there is?

If you press the key it shows the the recovery sing for 5 seconds and then does the same thing as before (stays on the screen and error) but if you dont press the key it will reboot it self within 5 minutes of staying at that error screen

Then I opened the phone up and looked at the mother board, and everything was fine, every ribben cable was good and connected and from the exterior i dont see anything wrong with it.

I remember that a technician in my town upgraded the phone from windows 8.1 mobile to windows 10 mobile, it worked for a time and then did all of that stuff, i bringed it back to the technician and sayed it is irreparable. ¿Does someone have any idea of what is happening to that phone? i tooked photos of the recovery sing and error screen

I’m not sure whether to buy the 2c or the 2s, cause it says different.

I know it’s a old and faced out phone, but I want to give it to my parents for entertainment purposes. I hope someone can help me.
