Can this be fixed?

Now it's just red and nothing else,console still not detecting Kinect

(I'm using the Kinect power supply because the console is an old model with no Kinect port)

I PLUGGED IT IN TO A DIFFERENT OUTLET AND NOW IT'S FLASHING GREEN BUT STILL NO KINECT DETECTED!

I took my air compressor (90psi) blew dust out externally. I plugged unit with external power supply to a new XBOX X unit and I have the same issue.
