My phone was felled in water a repairs man says that something boots has been damaged and it is not switching on also after battery replacement but when charger is plugged in charging indicating light is on but phone is not switching on yet and it cannot be repaired, so i sadly came back home and dissembled the phone in hope I should repair it but what I sees a part near power button is came out it is like a small copper leaf similar is attached on volume button also but it bit larger.

What should I do on the leaf there is written"WRKEY 6041A" and "SY V 1.1"

Does this part can be replaced
