They've fallen from my ears a couple times and the left airdot doesn't have sound, and now the right one started with the same problem, I have to put it in a certain position for it to play

I opened the case and tried charging the left airdot from the right so I assumed the problem is with my right airdot.help!

Mi Airdots: Software problem related to charging

I have a wired problem that I assume caused be a software problem. My airdots was working fine but 3 months ago this happened. When i am using both airdots it takes about 10 minutes then die. I try to open them again but then died again after a minute(Note: the phone shows that the airdots is 10%) so it is detected as if it is out of power. But after dieing if i turned on any dot and used it solely it works fine and lasts for the normal time.

I can't sync my xiaomi airdots, I have tried the ways of resetting them but it doesn't work. They keep working like two separate devices and won't sync.
