Mi 11T: Turbo charging but no battery stuck?

So when I put the turbo charging cable in my phone the turbo charging icon shows up but the battery is stuck and won't increase but if I put the slower charger in or the charger which gives only fast charging not turbo the battery increases but it doesn't increase in turbo charging.

Hello, the phone turned off when it was at 15% charge, we plugged it in, there was no sign of charging on the screen, it remained on charge for about 4 hours. Mi 11T: Power button not working and it gets very hot

So basicly one day it randomly got weaker and weaker until the power button stopped working and when my phone was out of battery when i was charging it the power button got very hot as well the back that's close to the power button.
