Our generator shuts down within 30 seconds after startup. We rebuilt the carb, changed the co2 sensor and cleaned the fuel lines. We were going to order a new carb, but Mi-T-M tells us the need a serial number under the generator near the tire that doesn't exist. The number stamped on the generator does not help them at all. Any suggestions for the repair??

Does the neutral on the GFI 20A receptacle need to be bonded to the ground screw? while I was replacing the the GFI receptacle I noticed there a green binding wire going from the neutral to the ground binding screw

Starter cord broke. Need to get access to remove the starter recoil plate. Both side panels removed and screws for the end panel (with the on/off switch) removed. Don't want to break anything by forcing it out.
