Hi, I was hoping somebody can help advise me on how to resolve my Meta Quest 3s being stuck on USB Update Mode screen, I have performed a Factory reset and followed numerous videos relating to this issue on YouTube but the device keeps looping back to the USB Update Mode screen and I am unable to get passed it?

My screen is black when turning on but the volume thing I can see on the screen when I push the volume up or down button but nothing else I’ve tried rebooting it restarting it and factory reset it and still nothing
