<p>wires fell ot of both connecters on rh side of 7 6 280c   have diagram   numbers on switch   doesn't seem to work   maybe its not same as diagram color codes</p>

<title><![CDATA[Mercedes W115: replacing driver side check strap]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I need to replace the door check strap in my 76 300d W115.  Took door panel off, but you can't get the check strap out without taking the entire window assembly out, it appears to me.</p>

<p>am I missing something on replaceing, and what is the proper procedure to removing the window etc.</p>

<p>need some advice on this.</p>
