When I press a button to start a brewing cycle it grinds the beans then sounds as though it is working but no coffee comes out, the water goes directly into the drip tray and it dumps the ground coffee straight into the container within the drip tray (the coffee grounds are not 'tamped' down, just loose grounds).

 

Any advice on how to fix this issue would be much appreciated
