1990-1997 Mazda Miata: Timing belt broke while driving

I have a 1997 Mazda Miata. The timing belt broke and I want to know if there could be any other extensive damage to the engine before I have it repaired. Is there any way of determining other damage?

I have looked under the hood, under the dash (as best I can) and cannot find it! I bought a new unit and the dealer's parts diagram shows that it should be under the hood but it

is not there!

i have to take bolt out of cam shaft censor advance the timing to get it to rev and run . but exsaults pipe gets red hot .

the driver side outside door handle stopped working, inside door handle still works, I have the hand cranked window handle in a 1990 miata

The low beam is set to high and blinds oncoming drivers at night. I am unable to locate any adjusting screws when the lights are up in position for night driving.

1990-1997 Mazda Miata: Why does my hazard fuze keep blowing?

The Miata is not my only car, so I haven't needed to tend to it. It looks like I have some downtime in the next week and figured I may as well address it. For a long while my third brake light was out. I went into the trunk, found a broken wire to the third brake light and hooked up the two ends to test. I connected the two halves of the wire more permanently and shortly after, I found my turn signals not working. I'm not positive those two things are related but they might be. I found a blown fuze to the hazard switch and replaced it. It solved the issue for about 3 minutes of driving before blowing again. Anybody know what might be wrong or where I should look to fix it?

Is it my alternator? car starts perfectly been about three weeks without odometer lights daytime tail lights went out about two weeks ago. Also have oil leak leaking onto the alternator so planning on it going bad soon.

I just swapped 1.8 from a 94 into my 97 I have power on dash but when I turn the key it wont start or starter wont activate I hear fuses clicking but it wont crank I check my s terminal and it isn't getting any power
