Maytag bravos xl: Diagnostic Mode F8 stuck at C8

Maytag MVWB950 series top loader. It’s not draining and when going to diagnostic mode after it flash 88:88 it show F32. It cycle through C0 and at C8 it just slowly agitate, but won’t spin or drain. It stuck at C8.

Replaced the drain pump and went through reset and calibration cycle. It goes through all the cycles and stop at spin cycle.

If you press power off, it then locks the panel and beep at any button pressed.

Any idea what the issue is?

I to have the same problem. I owned a Maytag for 15 years and didn’t have any problems until this year. So, instead of getting it fixed ( which the cost would have been expensive) I decided to purchase a new Maytag, model MVWB980B. We only had it a few months and it started to not spin the water out completely. Very frustrating when you dole out a thousand dollars for something that doesn’t work right.

Maytag bravos xl: Maytag Centennial Model - MVWC425BW1 agitation issues

Ive replaced the splutch, hub and shifter and still get the same problem. It's like it won't agitate at the high setting but it will spin in high. What should I do next? I actually have a Maytag Centennial Model - MVWC425BW1 but it wasn't an option for me

Maytag bravos xl: Drain pump continuously runs and runs

Drain pump wouldn't stop running no matter what I did I took apart the washer and found a washcloth clogged in the drain filter. Removed it along with any other debris and cleaned everything down. Check for clogs on all the hoses and elbows. Put everything back together and the drain pump continues to run no matter what I do. I don't know how to determine if it is the pump itself that needs to be replaced, the control board , the water level sensor or something else entirely. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am stuck.

I went through Maytag diagnostics it runs to C1 - fills the washer with water and then stops completely.

Maytag bravos xl: remove a broken hub retainer

broke the hub retainer while trying to remove it. Now the retainer is still attached but it is in 2 pieces at the "U" end, and I cannot get either piece to come out so I can replace the hub, and get my wash machine back
