Marshall stanmore: Marshall Stanmore 1 No sound

I bought a Marshall Stanmore (1) speaker that does not ouput any sound whatsoever. Tried both bluetooth and AUX. It turns on with no issue and pairs with bluetooth (phone also pauses when I turn off the speaker), but no sound, not even a "spark" when plugging the AUX.
There is no apparent hissing or other noise from the power supply and I haven't found any swollen caps.

This seems to be a quite common issue with these from what I can tell from searches, but haven't found any tips for solution. Any ideas on where to start?

(I'm good with soldering, so I can handle circuit-board repair if needed)

Also, Don't know if it's related, but when I bought it, the seller said that the fuse blows and "a component looks to have been overheated" (no info on which component though).
However, fuse is still fine now (after some testing) and I haven't found anything that is clearly overheated yet.
