When the saw is sitting flat on the ground bar oil leaks out from the bottom of the saw I need the gasket to reseal it

Battery indicator shows red even though battery is fully charged. Green 'on' light blinks off when trigger is pulled.

When the single black wire which connects the ignition coil to the switch on the handle via the spring switch, the chainsaw will not start but once I remove the connection it will start up but the the switch won't work to turn it off.
