I have had my Nutribullet for two years and I’ve really enjoyed using it. A few days ago I noticed that it was getting a little bit finicky—I would press it down and turn it but would also have to jingle the cup around in the base to get the motor going. The motor might stop and I would have to finagle the cup in the base to get it running again.

Now, as you might have guessed, it has just completely stopped working. I put the cup into the base, press down, turn (it even makes a soft click sound), and it simply doesn’t run. To be clear, the activator tabs seem to move through their full range of motion and are NOT stuck.

I’m hoping to be able to fix this because I can’t find my proof of purchase so it won’t be elligible for any warranty.

My power cord is not working at times. Sometimes the blender works perfectly fine, and other times the power shuts off while being used, so I do not believe it is a problem with any other components of the device.

Magic Bullet NutriBullet Pro: Which adapter require to use US A type plug in Hongkong

I have bought Nutribullet ZNBF30500Z model of US with type A plug. I am not able to start the blender with normal adaptor. Is there any specific adaptor required in Hongkong to use the product with US plug. Device is not on the list hence chose available device.
