My cup consistently gets stuck on the motor base. I can get it off but it's not easy and takes more time then it should. I hear a brand new one also can get stuck. I would like to know how to completely prevent this.

When I plug magic blender in it immediately goes on without cup attached. White lock/unlock tabs work freely.

Hi! This plastic part that controls the blade moving has broke. All the plastic bits have broken off. I believe I just need to replace this part as everything else is still functional. Do you know where I could get a replacement just for this plastic bit? Thanks!

Only 2 weeks old, I used it a couple of times with no problem and cups and blade were put in dishwasher. Then today I can no longer screw the blade lid onto the large cups. It appears that the cups are now too big. The small cup that I hadnt used much works fine. I wonder if it is dishwasher damaged?.

I noticed that my nutribullet had started to leak oil from the outer part of blade part for a while, now the oil has started to leak through into the food i’m blending. What do I need to do to solve this?

Is is possible to buy a replacement circuit board for the Nutribullet 1000?

My Nutribullet leaked during use with liquid entering the base and causing arcing. This has damaged one of the surface mount chips and possibly other components.

I’ve stripped the base and cleaned but still not working.

The cup does not want to push the white tabs down on the power base in order to turn on. With some persuasion I can get it to push them down and it starts. However, when I then go to detach the cup it comes away ok, however the spinning mechanism continues to spin (with increasing speed) for about 3-5 seconds before switching off.

Can someone help?
