Both top and bottom male/female wheels supposedly to lock for spinning, aren’t actually locking correctly hence smoke is produced, I would assume due to the friction of an imperfect lock. How to resolve? I’ve tried disassembling from the base but it just seems a hassle of a job considering that I’m not even sure I can find replacement wheels. It seems one of the wheels was consumed by the friction initiated with power on. Help!

Magic Bullet NutriBullet: Nutribullet Rx Stuck on Pulse mode

My Nutribullet Rx NB 301 suddenly stopped continuously blending and started to pulse, starting and stopping, starting and stopping until now it barely works at all.

I had been doing a nut butter but I think nuts were too hot. Still, there was no sign overheating and no smell to motor.

Activator buttons seem fine and not stuck. I let it set for a day and still no change in symptoms. What could be the issue?

The gear in the base that accepts the pitcher is quite wobbly. Could that be the issue?

I recently got Nutri Bullet 1200watt and as soon as I got it i tried to blend smoothie but After 10 seconds the blender stops and all the light on my button started blinking at the same time. I also notice the motor was getting warm. I tried to do it after 15 minutes but same problem. Please help me with this problem. Thank You

Magic Bullet NutriBullet Pro: Nutribullet motor not activating

I have had my Nutribullet for two years and I’ve really enjoyed using it. A few days ago I noticed that it was getting a little bit finicky—I would press it down and turn it but would also have to jingle the cup around in the base to get the motor going. The motor might stop and I would have to finagle the cup in the base to get it running again.

Now, as you might have guessed, it has just completely stopped working. I put the cup into the base, press down, turn (it even makes a soft click sound), and it simply doesn’t run. To be clear, the activator tabs seem to move through their full range of motion and are NOT stuck.

I’m hoping to be able to fix this because I can’t find my proof of purchase so it won’t be elligible for any warranty.

My Magic Bullet stopped Working from one day to the next, literally. It won't hum or attempts to start, as the question above. It just won't do anything. I didn't do anything other than blending some veggies with water. Nothing different than what I have done since I bought it 8 months ago. I checked the outlet and the cord to see if there were some kind of breakage or interruption, nothing there. Everything seems to be in order, there are no visible loose or broken parts. Cannot return it since it’s been more than 6 months and I don't know what to do.

My cup consistently gets stuck on the motor base. I can get it off but it's not easy and takes more time then it should. I hear a brand new one also can get stuck. I would like to know how to completely prevent this.

I just got my nutribullet rx, and it does not stay on. When I hit the power button, the blue ring turns on, but right when I release the light turns off. The blender works when I hold the power button down, but it doesn't stay on.

My NutriBullet was working fine but suddenly the extractor cup stopped spinning, though the power base base is still spinning. I removed the extractor cup and I noticed that the rubber underneath the extractor was trimmed. Where is the service center? They told me when I bought this machine it’s a lifetime warranty, can you provide me the tel.# and the location of the service center near here in Las Pinas City, Philippines.

When I plug magic blender in it immediately goes on without cup attached. White lock/unlock tabs work freely.

We have purchased 2 Magic Bullets over the last 12 years or so, we still have the original Magic Bullet tucked away in our cabinet, but not one of them are working now because all the plastic and rubber gears are totally stripped away, I have spent a small fortune on replacement gears, but non of them last long I am now at the point of trying to find someone to make me a set of metal gears, if I had access to a machine shop I would try to do it myself what do you think about this idea?

The center plastic circle that the blade and cup attaches to in order to begin spinning, broke off and I ordered a new part. That part needs to be threaded onto the centre motor piece, how is that done? That center nut and screw must undo correct?
