Magic Bullet: Why is my Magic Bullet just humming, but the blades aren't turning?

When I lock my cup into the base, my blender just hums and the blades don't spin. I can hear the motor working but the blades don't turn.

Some kind of smoke and burning smell was coming out of my magic bullet.It happened at my first time use.

Am I need to buy any special adapter for power , ?

Please advise am not in USA for repair and replacement.

Need your help to use my magic bullet properly.

The blades on our Magic Bullet will not turn, seem to be froze up, its like it needs some lube of some kind, how do I get it a part? The Motor unite runs just fine

There is no guide and i cannot find any information on the size of a replacement gasket for a magic bullet. Not the big one but the 2 small ones that hold the blade assembly to the bottom of the jar. I know how to repair it I just cant find what size gasket i need.
