Mac Studio 2022: May the the board supporting Thunderbolt/USB ports be replaced?

Lost power for 4 days after Hurricane Milton. When the power was restored, my 2022 Mac Studio M1 Max emitted a loud bang. May this board be replaced or repaired?

Rod
