I have tried multiple cables to the same effect but trying one of the cables on another computer resulted in its working which leads me to believe it is the port can you please look here at these photos and tell me what you think.

Please a metal screw fell inside the laptop, stacked between the metal that covers the cpu and the motherboard. I didn’t know so I connected my laptop charger to the laptop and the charger light went off. I tried this several times until I opened the laptop and removed the screw. Now the laptop turns on but the screen is off. When I connect to a monitor, it doesn’t show too. Please what could be the fault

MSI GL65 9SD: Random keys lit up on keyboard even after Per Key RGB turned off

I have rarely used the MSI Per Key RGB on my laptop.

Some keys randomly lit up and stay forever even after the MSI Per Key RGB was turned off. I tried everything. But, still those particular keys stay on. If someone is facing the same and has a solution. Please help me out.

Hi, I crashed on motorbike, with my laptop in bag. Laptop is running well, without problems, but something rattle when I manipulated with it. So I looked inside and this component (at picture in red circle) broke off. But what I said, laptop is running and I don't feel any changes. Should I solder it back? For what is this component? Hello I bought a Msi gl65 and when I try and power it on the power light goes from white to orange in a fraction of a second with no sign of life in the computer what could be the problem and how could I fix this

The caps keys, C and M keys stopped working recently. For a while I could tap hard repeated and eventually get the letter to appear, but now they don’t work at all.

MSI GL65 9SD: Bent screen after impatct

Just fell off my bike with my MSi GL65 on the backpack and due the impact one of the superior corners of the screen chassis got a bit bent, luckily it didn’t broke the screen, but a light leak is appreciated. So, anything would happen if I leave it untouched? or should i teardown the screen in order to unbent the chassis?

MSI GL65 9SD: No display on device or externally. Replaced Motherboard.

Exact Model is MSI GL703V. Device has no display when powering up. Disconnected everything from the motherboard, tried new HDD and SSD as well as RAM. Replaced the entire motherboard and still having the same issue. Not sure what else to try.
