MSI Desktop: Problem in my 3.5mm port (front and rear panels)

Hi,

Motherboard: MSI MEG X570 Godlike

I recently bought this gaming pc, it is working perfectly however every time i try to connect my headphones to it. The system detects it however it either gives no sound at all or the sound the comes out comes out super distorted. I tried with other devices to rule out the possibility that it is my headphones and same thing happened to other devices. I got a 3.5mm to USB C adapter hoping to fix it.. the sound came back good but the problem stayed in the mic. the system again detected the mic but never recorded nothing. SAME PROBLEM IN BOTH THE FRONT AND THE REAR PANELS. My speakers are connected in the back successfully via another 3.5mm port (The L-Out one) and its working fine.. however main problem is when i try to connect it or my headphones to the different ports (RS-Out/CS-Out/MIC-in/L-in) in the back and the only port in the front.

I have also had problems with the built in Bluetooth WiFi connections with them being super slow.. I bought a new bluteooth usb adapter (that fixed the problem for now) and a WiFi netweork antenna to strengthen the network which solved part of the problem but the internet is still half the speed compared to my phone's speed!

I am afraid the problem might be in the audio panels, Wifi Chip, or the actual motherboard! I tried downloading different drivers to rule the software option out.. I tried the ones from MSI itself.. the ones from Nvedia (my GPU) and the one from Intel based on a recommendation i got from MSI support as intel's WiFi driver is newer. NOTHING WORKED.

So if you guys know how can i tackle this problem further software and hardware wise I would be very grateful!

Thank you in advance!!!

What screws does the MSI Vortex G65 use for the back panel? On the back there are star/torque screws but I am not sure what the official size/shape/style is. I need access to this panel to upgrade the storage/RAM.
