MSI: My keyboard doesn't work properly

My keyboard doesn't work as it should, some pads don't work/turn off, like the Q, W, E, R, V, B, N, M, F1, F2. F3. F6. F7. ENTER keys and some more, the driver I've updated, even updated it manually, does this problem come from the hardware?

I want to take it to a service center but I don't really understand the problem with my keyboard and I'm afraid I don't know what's wrong and I'm being cheated, what are the problems that often occur and what's the solution?

This is my device, MSI Modern A11SB "2022"

Bios : E1552IMS.111

Additionally, I have a problem with my driver graphic card, it can't update the new version how safe solution i can do?

MSI: Replacement battery not charging after initial drain

I just received a new battery from iFixit for my MSI GS63 Stealth 8RE and followed the instructions to charge fully, then an extra 2 hours, then let it drain fully. Now I’m trying to charge it again and it just isn’t. Not even a little. Is there something I need to do or do I just have to accept I was sent a bad part?

MSI: MSI stealth 15m a11uek laptop - Dead Motherboard (15631)

Hello everyone 👋

Im looking to repair a motherboard from the above laptop. This is the first time attempting something like this, so any help at all would be very welcome. It's been unused for over 9 months.

I have removed the motherboard and have seen 2 areas of liquid damage, one a lot worse than the other (as seen in pictures). I have ordered some isopropyl alcohol to clean these areas, probably do the whole board to make sure. I've also ordered some thermal paste 👍

Power wise the charger is working as checked with multimeter.

Apart from the above, Is there anything else I can check to get the motherboard working again.

I have now fully cleaned and checked over the motherboard. On visual check I cant see anything out the ordinary.

I then tested to see if there was power getting to the motherboard - no power at all. If you look at the picture with the DC jack - connection A gives nothing, connection B starts off around 1V and loses power till it falls to 0. Then on the DC jack itself it looks like there is burn spots present, so I'm thinking a new DC jack?

The laptop has a thunderbolt power connection, could I power it purely from that (without fixing DC jack?) Lazy option 😜

I have a Msi GL75 Leopard 10SDK with the Pre-Installed 16GB Ram (2 sticks of 8GB) and i would like to upgrade it to 64GB Ram (2 sticks of 32GB) , What would be the Best Qualtiy Toolkit to get all the scraw's out and all other parts detached with a precise matter ? (Price of course should be cheapest but is secondary after the Toolkit Qualtiy)

MSI: How to replace a cracked screen for MSI Creator 17M

Need to replace screen, it is cracked in the corner vertically makes a 17 '' into a 15". How can I get the model number without taking out the current screen which would disable the use of my laptop. Also what tools do I need besides the prying tools to reinstall the new screen?
