Recently dug out my old Sansa Clip+ and couldn't get it to power on. Appears the component shown below has ruptured and I assume is the issue. Looks like a capacitor to me but I can't find anything that looks the same with the markings s451. Hoping someone can point me in the direction of a replacement. Thanks in advance.

I believe there are two springs under the volume control button. As you press the button to lower the volume and then release, the button returns to its previous position. Similarly, the increase volume also springs back into place upon release.

I know they’re separate because the + Volume has no spring left while the - Volume has maintained it spring.

Do you have instructions on how to repair this?

How much to purchase these instructions and the micro-springs?

This is a longshot: I love my old Zen Stone (Plus, maybe). Haven't used it in years but want to. It connects to my PC fine, shows it is charging/charged but won't turn on, whether plugged into the computer or not. Any guesses as to what is wrong with it? Any way to fix it?

My MP3 player dropped out of my pocket onto the road while I was leaving my car. Unfortunately, I didnt realize it had fallen out of my pocket until the next day where it rained. I found it today just now and unfortunately the entire screen is cracked, and I can see a little water droplets inside the chassis. Fortunately, however, my MP3 still works and files are accessible through my computer. How can I repair my MP3 display? Is there any good reputable replacement part sites so that I can purchase and repair my own mp3? If not, where can I send my Mp3 for repair? Thank you all in advance.

This is a used MP3 player. I first deleted some of the music on it, and added my own. It proceeded to LOSE all of the music. I factory reset it, reformatted it, and now I can only add about about 7.8 GB of music. It's a 16 GB device, which means it has 14.7 GB of available space. I've reset it 3 times, and run into the same problem each time. Can I fix it somehow?
