Logitech Z506: Sound goes off when the volume goes up

Hi all, I have I problem with this speakers I always have the volume at 50% and on 20% at the computer, everytime in a movie the volume goes up they click, and just yesterday the power when out and when it returned the speakers where making a clicking sound every 5 seconds and no sound at all, I disconnect them from the computer, and unplug the RCA, but nothing changed, any advice will be appreciated, thanks all....
