My speaker is on and ready to pair, and my Bluetooth-enabled phone or tablet is searching for devices, but it cannot "find" my speaker and connect to it.

I've been charging my speaker for a lengthy amount of time, but for some reason my speaker won't turn on when I press the "power" button.

When I turn it on or off, it doesn’t make any sound. The speaker worked just fine about a week ago and I haven’t used it since then. I have factory reset it and updated it. It does connect to my phone but there still isn’t any sound.

Logitech UE Boom: Battery is dying very quickly!

I got the UE Boom 2 for Christmas and it’s supposed to last a decent amount of time...like 12 hours or so. I understand at high volunes this time goes down but mine is lasting maybe 2 hours or so and I already sent one back because of this but I’m having the same problem with the 2nd one!!!! I usually charge it at night while I am sleeping, is that the problem? Am I over-charging it??

My Megaboom won't turn off, it stopped half way through a song and now I can't do anything with it. It have only had it since Christmas, I don't use it that often, so frustrating. I have tried rebooting it by pressing on/off button and volume down button, nothing happens. I have connected it to my computer - nothing happens..what is going on??

I have a two Boom speakers just the orginal Boom

I can plug the power adapter to charge and it will start charging but it will only charge for up to about a minute and then it will stop how can I fix this?

The UE Boom 2 can pair with 2 devices simultaneously . thats nice some times but thats also annoying if a friends trolls you and just do anything with hes phone to pause my music. So i was wondering if i can disable that, and make just 1 person pair with the Speaker

Logitech UE Boom: Why does my Bluetooth cut out?

Whenever I raise the volume to over about 65 % I hear the drum signal and my Bluetooth cuts out. It keeps trying to reconnect but cuts out again. Once I lower the volume it holds a Bluetooth connection.

My Device is always really close to speaker, distance is not the issue.

Logitech UE Boom: Speaker not powering on or off

My UE Boom has it's bluetooth light signal permanently lit on. Holding it down doesn't affect it, nor does holding down the power button, nor does attempting a factory reset. I don't believe there's anything wrong with the battery because the bluetooth light is still lit. The speaker went 'dead' (although is still bluetooth lit up) in the middle of a song so I'm not sure what could've happened to it. Not devices are able to connect to it currently. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Logitech UE Boom: Speaker Dented, Will it effect the water proofing

Logitech UE Boom: UE BOOM 3 || Music cuts on / off or stops

EDIT: the gaps in audio / speaker not playing sound happens for below 50% volume too

after a month of using it, my new UE Boom 3 (its a pastel pink green color) randomly cuts out 2-3 seconds of my playing music ( blutooth still connected ) and the music it just sometimes cuts off / goes silent at random times, and keeps playing the music.

i notice it happens when I play it at high volume, (around 50%+ ) and I am not very far away from my device thats hooked up (SEE EDIT FOR DETAILS)

Ive dropped it a few times (no higher than 150cm)

There are no speaker updates nor updates for the app that comes with it ( UE BOOM)

is there anything I can do?

Logitech UE Boom: UE BOOM 2 Doesn't Turn on But Charging Light is On

My UE BOOM 2 has a charging light (white) when plugged in but it isn't turning on. The reset didn't work

This happened after I put in in 2 feet of water for the first time. I took it out and we used it for about 5 hours after that and it worked great. It went to low battery in that time, I recharged it and it was still working fine.

I didn't use it for a couple hours and later that night I couldn't turn it on and it was just making a weird buzzing noise all night and all day the next day.

Now there is no noise. Only the light when charging

If amine could help me I'd really appreciate it.
