It's the 1st edition that came out. I own two of these. Want to connect them to stereo.

Don't know if a firmware update is needed or not.

THe UE Boom app is useless for them.

I got the UE Boom 2 for Christmas and it’s supposed to last a decent amount of time...like 12 hours or so. I understand at high volunes this time goes down but mine is lasting maybe 2 hours or so and I already sent one back because of this but I’m having the same problem with the 2nd one!!!! I usually charge it at night while I am sleeping, is that the problem? Am I over-charging it??

When I turn it on or off, it doesn’t make any sound. The speaker worked just fine about a week ago and I haven’t used it since then. I have factory reset it and updated it. It does connect to my phone but there still isn’t any sound.

My Megaboom won't turn off, it stopped half way through a song and now I can't do anything with it. It have only had it since Christmas, I don't use it that often, so frustrating. I have tried rebooting it by pressing on/off button and volume down button, nothing happens. I have connected it to my computer - nothing happens..what is going on??

Hi there

I have a ue boom speaker [3] and i wanted to change the tone, i downloaded the app, the guidelines said that i had to connect it to bluetooth so i did that. But then the app isn't regestering thats its there! My device is all up to date [ so is the app ] the speaker is fairly knew. If anyone knows please tell me.

Logitech UE Boom: Speaker not powering on or off

My UE Boom has it's bluetooth light signal permanently lit on. Holding it down doesn't affect it, nor does holding down the power button, nor does attempting a factory reset. I don't believe there's anything wrong with the battery because the bluetooth light is still lit. The speaker went 'dead' (although is still bluetooth lit up) in the middle of a song so I'm not sure what could've happened to it. Not devices are able to connect to it currently. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Logitech UE Boom: UE Boom 3 || will not output sound via PC

Recently my UE boom 3 speaker has problems connecting to my PC and also is being selective with what is being played.

currently it will not out put any sound despite it being paired as audio in my PC (Windows 10 )settings

In the past before this major problem it would only play audio from YouTube or anything else that was not a game (pc games) However now it just will not put any kind of sound

My speaker works find with my phone

Ihave already tried updating my speakers through the UE app on iPhone

I have already tried looking for updates on my windows 10 PC

I have tried pairing it while the speaker is connected to my PC via USB for charging and also will not work

this speaker is about two years old it may still have warranty but I am suspecting it is something to do with my PC because before this it was working perfectly fine

The UE Boom 2 can pair with 2 devices simultaneously . thats nice some times but thats also annoying if a friends trolls you and just do anything with hes phone to pause my music. So i was wondering if i can disable that, and make just 1 person pair with the Speaker
