Has anybody been able to replace the rechargeable batteries of the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover i5? According to the product info at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articl..., there are no user-replaceable parts, but the user guide shows how to remove the battery for disposal (https://www.logitech.com/assets/49301/ul...). Not sure if you can put the keyboard back together after you "Pry off top cover of keyboard with screwdriver."

I tried to change my batteries, but saw I bought the wrong ones. So I went back and out the other pair in to get me by until I could go back to the store but now nothing is working and it isn’t turning it back on.

@everyone,

Instead of providing a way to repair my up arrow key, LogiTech Customer Service is essentially telling me to throw away (recycle) my Slim Folio and buy something new!

The inner clipping mechanism, which keeps the key fastened to the keyboard, broke. I've dismantled and re-assembled these types of keyboard parts before.

Does anyone know where I can purchase this inner clipping mechanism – or other suggests for reattaching my up arrow key?

Hey. I accidentally spilled coffee recently on my Logitech Slim Folio case and it’s since stopped working. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly—all of the keys and the battery as well. It still won’t turn on. Help!

I changed the batteries and it still doesn’t work with the iPad. When I connect the iPad to the slim folio the light goes from green to white to nothing.

I replaced the batteries in my slim folio. And yes, I put them in the holder correctly. The folio did not work and the folio’s battery light did not light. I removed the new batteries and checked their voltage. Each were above 3 volts. I installed them again, still not working. I then tried a different pair of batteries that tested above 3 volts, still not working. PURCHASED TWO NEW BATTERIES AND THEY WORKED.

As the title says: W,E,Y,P,L keys on Slim Folio Pro 11" dosn't work.

Additionally power button doesn't turn the light on when pressed. Only when the device charges.

I paired it many times, reset it etc.

The local service couldn't help me. Any ideas?

I replaced the batteries but it still won’t work. When I push the battery button it doesn’t light up. Bluetooth is on and unable to connect to slim folio.
