And yes, I put them in the holder correctly. The folio did not work and the folio’s battery light did not light. I removed the new batteries and checked their voltage. Each were above 3 volts. I installed them again, still not working. I then tried a different pair of batteries that tested above 3 volts, still not working. PURCHASED TWO NEW BATTERIES AND THEY WORKED.

Additionally power button doesn't turn the light on when pressed. Only when the device charges.

I paired it many times, reset it etc.

The local service couldn't help me. Any ideas?
