I have been using my mouse for a while, and it was working fin. Now the scroll wheel doesn't work. It just won't respond to clicking or scrolling.

Hi my Logitech Wireless mouse isn’t working. I’ve replaced the battery and doesn’t work. It’s a new battery cause I’ve tried with a couple different battery’s. The green light doesn’t turn on when I turn it on.

Logitech M570 Wireless Trackball: Cannot Open Shell for Logitech M570 Trackball

I have an old M570 Trackball Mouse that no longer works. I'm just getting into repair and I thought it would be good for practice. However I'm having a lot of trouble getting it open.

The shell has four Phillips screws on the bottom. I removed the battery and pushed the ball out of the case. I removed those four screws and set them aside. There are no other screws visible.

I can get a Jimmy into the crack between the upper and lower parts of the case, but I can't pry it open. There seems to be some additional fastener that I can't see.

I don't want to break the case by brute force. Is there something other than those four screws that I need to remove?

My mouse was previously working, but no longer seems to be turned on. Neither the LED on top of the mouse, nor the optical sensor are lit up. I've tried using the on/off switch to restart the mouse several times, but it does not light up.

The M510 Logitech mouse like all mouses have a invisible optic to scan and tell were the mouse on the screen to move, it's should have a red light coming out but it doesn't. The green light on the top is on and I try replacing the batteries.

Logitech M650 L: Connection lost for no reason at all.

My M650L mouse lost connectivity.
New battery. It just stopped moving in the middle of operation.
To my luck(?) I have another same model, and it functions as expected, on the same laptop.
I had a chat with the Logitech support, and they promised me, they would help, but when all their usual basic guides didn't help, they stopped responding.

Did anyone manage to fix the famous connectivity problem with this mouse?
