Logitech MX Vertical: MX Vertical Optical Repair

Hi there, my MX Vertical isn’t moving the cursor anymore.. However, the buttons still work (e.g., left/right click, wheel, fwd/back, etc.). Does anyone know of a way to repair this?

Is the optical sensor easy to replace? Could this perhaps just come loose?

Any experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated as I haven’t seen anything pertaining to this particular mouse.

Logitech MX Vertical: replaced the battery but the mouse has no power

I replaced the battery, plugged it in to charge, and power it up. No lights, not working. This has taken 2 hours. Great device for ergonomics but omg, what a horrible power supply.

Logitech MX Vertical: Is it possible to replace MX Vertical rubber pads?

I have been using the MX Vertical for over 5 years now. For some time, the rubber pads around the mouse has become sticky and worn out. I tried to clean it following the procedures from Logitech website, but it is not really effective. As everything else in the mouse is good, I would like to replace the parts with a new rubber pad, but cannot find any sort of guide for it. Does anyone have a similar issue? What have you done to overcome it?

Logitech MX Vertical: Right-click switch doesn't work after replacement

Hi everyone,

I recently had trouble with the left-click of my Logitech MX Vertical mouse. Following this replacement guide I replaced both of the switches.

now the left-click is working perfectly again, HOWEVER, the right-click isn't working anymore (it was working fine before). I replaced the switch again, and it hasn't improved.

I don't think I missed something while putting it back together (I followed the step by step instructions to a T and checked everything), but maybe I unknowingly damaged something doing the repair, any Idea what could be the cause? Any suggestion?

Here are some picture of the board and switch (After the replacement), maybe someone with an eye sharper than mine will see something I've missed...

Logitech MX Vertical: Sensor not picking up movement after inactivity period.

All other functions like Right click, Left Click, Vertical scrolling, Horizontal scrolling, Back, Forward is working fine but the cursor will not move.

I have to switch it off, wait a bit and then switch on again, then cursor is working.

It is not the same situation as with MX Master 2S, because of different construction.

As the question title states, ifixit doesn't sell this exact battery, curious if the other ones they have are good enough or if anyone has a recommendation on an OEM listing for one.
