The left button intermittently works and has been getting progressively worse over time. Should I follow the disassembly steps as described to replace the battery and try and clean the buttons with compressed air?

Logitech MX Air: How to open Logitech MX Air mouse to replace battery

I have a Logitech MX Air mouse. It still works perfectly but the rechargeable battery has pretty much worn out and is not holding a charge. I purchased a new battery for it, but can’t figure out how to open the mouse to replace the battery. There are two screws underneath the mouse, near the top, but removing them didn’t seem to do anything and I don’t want to force it and end up breaking the mouse. Can anyone offer a little advice on how to open the mouse? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Logitech MX Master 3S: Both left and right buttons malfunctioning

Less than a year after purchasing the MX Master 3S, the left button started to not register clicks (about 2/3 of the time) and shortly after, the right button followed the same issue.

I would really like to have a guide on replacing switches and the parts that fit here.

Logitech MX Vertical: MX Vertical Optical Repair

Hi there, my MX Vertical isn’t moving the cursor anymore.. However, the buttons still work (e.g., left/right click, wheel, fwd/back, etc.). Does anyone know of a way to repair this?

Is the optical sensor easy to replace? Could this perhaps just come loose?

Any experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated as I haven’t seen anything pertaining to this particular mouse.

Hi my mice started to blink continuously in red I tried to charge it and I tested individually without the battery, so it’s no the battery, it’s look like a permanent dead or is having a short circuit

Bought a white refurb 3S several months ago and it's been a great mouse so far. However the rubberized finish means it stains really easily and is impossible to remove (I first accidentally got stains on it after peeling oranges) and now it looks awful.

It's very difficult to get hold of a replacement shell for the 3S (and non-S shells aren't compatible because the switches use a different spring), is Logitech intending to sell those as a replacement part anytime soon?

This could be the case if the Thumb Button is always pressed

The Softcase above the Button won't go back to release the button

My first Private mouse has a hole in the case to use the mouse normaly without the thumb button

The rubber area under the thumb to ring finger has degraded after extensive use, and there is even a rupture in the rubber material where the thumb can click down. I'd like to replace the rubber material only. Please advise.

Logitech MX Master 3: Not working but green light is blinking

My Mx Master 3 mouse just run out of battery. I am trying to charge it, but it seems that there is an issue with the charging of the mouse. when I plug it in the charger, no lights blink (as usual), when I plug it out, it starts blinking green but in a strange pattern. Not the charging pattern, nor the low battery pattern.

Regardless of the green blinking light, I cannot access any of the devices from the bottom of the mouse and it seems to not connect to anything. My mac is saying that the mouse is at 5% but cannot connect to it like normal.

Open to suggestions

Logitech MX Master 3: Grey housing turns ugly very fast. Please support replacement Parts

The grey housing on the MX Master 3 looks amazing but turns yellowisch and ugly in just a few month with sweaty hands. The housing is probably one of the cheapest parts to manufacture.

Could you please support a change of the outer housing of the mice?

Logitech MX Ergo: What type of switch is used for the multimedia buttons?

The multimedia buttons (or browser forewards backwards buttons) have broken on my device.

More specifically, the forewards button does not spring back to its origional position.

I've opened it up, but I wouldn't have the slightest clue what switch it is. Prefferably I'd like to replace the little print plate, as it seems to be seperate and connected through a cable, but I haven't had any luck finding replacement parts...

Logitech MX Vertical: Is it possible to replace MX Vertical rubber pads?

I have been using the MX Vertical for over 5 years now. For some time, the rubber pads around the mouse has become sticky and worn out. I tried to clean it following the procedures from Logitech website, but it is not really effective. As everything else in the mouse is good, I would like to replace the parts with a new rubber pad, but cannot find any sort of guide for it. Does anyone have a similar issue? What have you done to overcome it?

Hello everyone!

Well, I have MX Anywhere 3 and I have now this issue: left side is not clicking. You need a stronger click/click in a precise spot of this side of the mouse to make the click work. I have this product for more than 5 years now. I saw there are some videos about how to fix it at home... and I am a bit afraid buying the tools/paying someone to fix it and then having the issue again...
Do you guys have any tips or instructions that I could follow to solve this problem? Have you faced this problem as well? Is really worth fixing it?
