The grey housing on the MX Master 3 looks amazing but turns yellowisch and ugly in just a few month with sweaty hands. The housing is probably one of the cheapest parts to manufacture.

Could you please support a change of the outer housing of the mice?

What kind of switches does this mouse use and what is their estimated number of clicks? This question is also related to side navigation buttons. In my experience these buttons typically break first.

Bought a white refurb 3S several months ago and it's been a great mouse so far. However the rubberized finish means it stains really easily and is impossible to remove (I first accidentally got stains on it after peeling oranges) and now it looks awful.

It's very difficult to get hold of a replacement shell for the 3S (and non-S shells aren't compatible because the switches use a different spring), is Logitech intending to sell those as a replacement part anytime soon?

Logitech MX Master 2S: Rubber material under the thumb area

The rubber area under the thumb to ring finger has degraded after extensive use, and there is even a rupture in the rubber material where the thumb can click down. I'd like to replace the rubber material only. Please advise.

Logitech MX Master Series Mouse: How to replace the battery

Hey there group! I bought a Logitech MX Master mouse a few months ago and use it everyday for work 10-12 hours a day. Eventually the battery died, and Logitech was great and replaced it for free.

Long story short I did not need to return the broken mouse, but I'd hate to think of it as garbage.

Any chance anyone knows of anything about is breakdown or 3rd party battery replacement options? Or if even anyone has had similar issues? I feel like I'm seeing a possible business venture if I'm not alone here....

Logitech MX Master 3: Left click not working randomly

I have a 3 year old MX Master 3, that from time to time does not register left clicks. The click feels normal, but it doesn't happen on the OS. I tried it with Windows, MacOS and iPadOS all with same behavior.

Is it possible to replace the switch?

Logitech MX Master 2S: Mouse is Connected but stops moving or responding abruptly

So the strangest issue that apparently has no solution. The mouse always lights up, has full charge and the button selection also works and lights up when Connected. But on RANDOM, it just stops moving the cursor on screen. I check bluetooth settings and it still shows that it's connected (same in LogiOptions+ also). And yet, it just on random abruptly loses connection despite showing that it's connected. I opened it apart and put it back together. Some days it works fine some days this issue just keeps happening every few minutes and I have to keep switching it off and on to get it to work again. Sigh. I've even scoured the forums, reddit and logitech support and some say it could be something to do with Sleep Mode but I have no clue how to fix that. lol. Any help?

Logitech MX Master 3S: Left clicker button popped up

The left clicker button on my MX Master 3S popped up today. The front of the clicker is pointing up, while the back of the button remains secured in place. When I try to push the button down and pop it back into place, it appears there is an item in the way. I could press harder but I don't want to break it. Any advice? Photo here.

Logitech MX Master 2S: Side scrollwheel no longer working after disassembly

I took my MX Master 2S apart from cleaning and everything went well.

Sadly a new issue arose when putting it back together.

When i attach the cable for the side scrollwheel/button, the sensor stops working - the mouse no longer moves on the screen.

The mouse works perfectly without this cable attached, but i sadly loose the ability to use the side scrollwheel that way.

Has somebody else experienced this issue aswell?

Logitech MX Master 3S: Both left and right buttons malfunctioning

Less than a year after purchasing the MX Master 3S, the left button started to not register clicks (about 2/3 of the time) and shortly after, the right button followed the same issue.

I would really like to have a guide on replacing switches and the parts that fit here.

The left mouse button was lifted up by accident. I pushed it back down, but now it seems to be caught on something inside the mouse. The button is raised and takes more effort and travels more to make a successful click.

My battery is wonky, running out of charge randomly and then if i turn it on and back off it will suddenly be back to 1, 2 or 3 green dots. This can happen mere minutes after charging it. It won't really charge properly either, it the three LED's all light up without the "pulsating 1-2-3" animation when plugged in.
