Less than a year after purchasing the MX Master 3S, the left button started to not register clicks (about 2/3 of the time) and shortly after, the right button followed the same issue.

I would really like to have a guide on replacing switches and the parts that fit here.

Hi my mice started to blink continuously in red I tried to charge it and I tested individually without the battery, so it’s no the battery, it’s look like a permanent dead or is having a short circuit

Bought a white refurb 3S several months ago and it's been a great mouse so far. However the rubberized finish means it stains really easily and is impossible to remove (I first accidentally got stains on it after peeling oranges) and now it looks awful.

It's very difficult to get hold of a replacement shell for the 3S (and non-S shells aren't compatible because the switches use a different spring), is Logitech intending to sell those as a replacement part anytime soon?

This could be the case if the Thumb Button is always pressed

The Softcase above the Button won't go back to release the button

My first Private mouse has a hole in the case to use the mouse normaly without the thumb button

The rubber area under the thumb to ring finger has degraded after extensive use, and there is even a rupture in the rubber material where the thumb can click down. I'd like to replace the rubber material only. Please advise.

Logitech MX Master 3: Not working but green light is blinking

My Mx Master 3 mouse just run out of battery. I am trying to charge it, but it seems that there is an issue with the charging of the mouse. when I plug it in the charger, no lights blink (as usual), when I plug it out, it starts blinking green but in a strange pattern. Not the charging pattern, nor the low battery pattern.

Regardless of the green blinking light, I cannot access any of the devices from the bottom of the mouse and it seems to not connect to anything. My mac is saying that the mouse is at 5% but cannot connect to it like normal.

Open to suggestions

The grey housing on the MX Master 3 looks amazing but turns yellowisch and ugly in just a few month with sweaty hands. The housing is probably one of the cheapest parts to manufacture.

Could you please support a change of the outer housing of the mice?

What kind of switches does this mouse use and what is their estimated number of clicks? This question is also related to side navigation buttons. In my experience these buttons typically break first.

Hi Team,

My MX Master 3 mouse scroll wheel click is not working properly. I used to work with CAD designs, for that i need to press hold the scroll wheel to rotate the cad models. Recently i am facing this issue, while holding the scroll wheel press is not holding properly. I am pressing and holding it very hard. I think press button for scroll wheel is damaged. If it is the case, please let me know how to repair or replace it. Appreciate your support and solution.

I have a 3 year old MX Master 3, that from time to time does not register left clicks. The click feels normal, but it doesn't happen on the OS. I tried it with Windows, MacOS and iPadOS all with same behavior.

I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling with my Logitech MX Master 3 for a while. Originally, the battery would last several weeks or even months, but now it only holds a charge for about 1–2 days before needing to be recharged.

Late last year, I replaced the battery with one from a third-party supplier (purchased through Amazon), but the situation didn’t improve. I initially suspected that either the replacement battery was defective or the mouse was constantly sending signals, causing rapid discharge.

Recently, I ordered an original replacement battery directly from iFixit, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the battery still only lasts 1–2 days. The firmware is up to date.

I’d really appreciate your help with the following questions:

Is there a way to calibrate or reset the battery?
Is there any trick or setting to figure out why the battery drains so quickly?

Using an MX Master 3s - need to fix/replace my left click switch or spring. Can someone point me towards my options? Whatever is easiest is best. I don't really want to deal with soldering, but buying a new $100 mouse also seems out of the question.

Logitech MX Master 3S: Returning to computer, Bluetooth seems to have failed on the mouse.

When I returned to my computer in the morning, the mouse failed. There seems to be no Bluetooth recognition of the mouse. The battery is good. The switch for changing the configuration on the bottom alights when you change settings. When turned on, the green power light is on. Turning the mouse off, the power light goes out (as it should). I have taken it apart and cleaned out all the crap within. Reassembly worked fine and again all lights indicate a working mouse.

Is there a fix for Bluetooth?

Logitech MX Master 3S: iFixit Replacement Battery Strong Fruity Smell (Twice)

My original MX Master 3s battery was failing, so I ordered a repair kit from iFixit. When the kit arrived and I unsealed the battery, I noticed it had a very strong and somewhat unpleasant fruity smell, which the battery continued to smell like for multiple days. From doing a basic lookup, I found this can mean the battery is leaking and unsafe to use. This does seem to be true as while I couldn't see any super obvious damage, an odd dark residue had started forming outside one corner of the battery after a few days. I brought my problems up to support under the battery's warranty and I got sent a replacement, but upon opening this one up am I once again greeted by the same distinct scent as before. Is this just normal, or have I been sent bad batteries twice now?
