I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling with my Logitech MX Master 3 for a while. Originally, the battery would last several weeks or even months, but now it only holds a charge for about 1–2 days before needing to be recharged.

Late last year, I replaced the battery with one from a third-party supplier (purchased through Amazon), but the situation didn’t improve. I initially suspected that either the replacement battery was defective or the mouse was constantly sending signals, causing rapid discharge.

Recently, I ordered an original replacement battery directly from iFixit, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the battery still only lasts 1–2 days. The firmware is up to date.

I’d really appreciate your help with the following questions:

• Is there a way to calibrate or reset the battery?
• Is there any trick or setting to figure out why the battery drains so quickly?
