The grey housing on the MX Master 3 looks amazing but turns yellowisch and ugly in just a few month with sweaty hands. The housing is probably one of the cheapest parts to manufacture.

Could you please support a change of the outer housing of the mice?

Hi my mice started to blink continuously in red I tried to charge it and I tested individually without the battery, so it’s no the battery, it’s look like a permanent dead or is having a short circuit

Logitech MX Master 3: Left click not working randomly

Hi There,

I have a 3 year old MX Master 3, that from time to time does not register left clicks. The click feels normal, but it doesn't happen on the OS. I tried it with Windows, MacOS and iPadOS all with same behavior.

Is it possible to replace the switch?

Logitech MX Master 3: Scroll Wheel is "stuck" in frictionless scrolling mode

My MX Master 3 mouse works great and I'm using it now EXCEPT that my scroll wheel is in frictionless scrolling mode and I can't switch it back to ratcheting scroll mode (which I prefer). When I click the "mode" button, the mouse input pauses for a moment (1 to 2 seconds maybe) and then it resumes to work in frictionless mode. I've tried all the software/firmware related fixes to no avail. Anyone else have this problem and solve it?

Logitech MX Master 3: Not working but green light is blinking

My Mx Master 3 mouse just run out of battery. I am trying to charge it, but it seems that there is an issue with the charging of the mouse. when I plug it in the charger, no lights blink (as usual), when I plug it out, it starts blinking green but in a strange pattern. Not the charging pattern, nor the low battery pattern.

Regardless of the green blinking light, I cannot access any of the devices from the bottom of the mouse and it seems to not connect to anything. My mac is saying that the mouse is at 5% but cannot connect to it like normal.

Open to suggestions

Hi Team,

My MX Master 3 mouse scroll wheel click is not working properly. I used to work with CAD designs, for that i need to press hold the scroll wheel to rotate the cad models. Recently i am facing this issue, while holding the scroll wheel press is not holding properly. I am pressing and holding it very hard. I think press button for scroll wheel is damaged. If it is the case, please let me know how to repair or replace it. Appreciate your support and solution.

Logitech MX Master 3: Middle click randomly not working and some time it would double click.

The mousewheel click would randomly not work unless I pressed it harder than normally. I also noticed that if mashed the button repeatedly it would work normally as if the mashing was priming/warming it up to work normally.

I have my MX Master 3 for 2 years now. Recently while using it normally it stops responding for few seconds and then goes back to normal. Not responding no buttons and no movement of the cursor is happening.

This is happening regularly lately and don't know the reason and how to solve it.

It is not a battery issue (i think) as the mouse is fully charged.

Hi there (hopefully someone from Logitech and iFixit will be reading this),

Now with replacement part for the Master series from Logitech, will it be possible to upgrade a MX Master 3 to a 3S? I would really like to silence my clicks 🐱‍👤🖱

The thing is I have two, one for work and one for personal use and they are slowly driving me and people around me nuts. I would rather not spend the money on new mices 💸. Maybe adding a small piece of foam inside the clicky parts would make it silent 😂

Logitech MX Master 3: The laser is no longer working in my mouse

The laser bulb on my MX Master 3 mouse is no longer working. It is also no longer responding to other input (scroll wheels are no longer functional and i cannot make selections while hovering). Do y'all have a recommended fix?
