Logitech MX Master 2S: Mouse is Connected but stops moving or responding abruptly

So the strangest issue that apparently has no solution. The mouse always lights up, has full charge and the button selection also works and lights up when Connected. But on RANDOM, it just stops moving the cursor on screen. I check bluetooth settings and it still shows that it's connected (same in LogiOptions+ also). And yet, it just on random abruptly loses connection despite showing that it's connected. I opened it apart and put it back together. Some days it works fine some days this issue just keeps happening every few minutes and I have to keep switching it off and on to get it to work again. Sigh. I've even scoured the forums, reddit and logitech support and some say it could be something to do with Sleep Mode but I have no clue how to fix that. lol. Any help?

Logitech MX Master 2S: Side scrollwheel no longer working after disassembly

I took my MX Master 2S apart from cleaning and everything went well.

Sadly a new issue arose when putting it back together.

When i attach the cable for the side scrollwheel/button, the sensor stops working - the mouse no longer moves on the screen.

The mouse works perfectly without this cable attached, but i sadly loose the ability to use the side scrollwheel that way.

Has somebody else experienced this issue aswell?

Logitech MX Master 2S: Right mouse click is not working

Hello,

my right mouse click suddenly stopped working on my MX Master 2s.

I tried following steps without any success:

1) Turned mouse on/off

2) Connected mouse via bluetooth dongle on other computer

3) Switched left/right mouse click via Windows settings

4) Bought a new original mouse click switch (from Omron) and replaced the old switch

-> After all my right mouse click is not working!

-> I now use a wired, old mouse and I have no problem at all with this.

Can you please help me?
Do you think it might be a hardware malfunction on the motherboard?
I mean I even replaced the switch.

Thanks,
Fabian

Logitech MX Master 2S: There is no flashing red light on the underside

A friend has given me 2 of these mice and both have no flashing red light on the underside, is there any simple fix or is this a parts replacement? The battery is charged and there are lights for the 1-2-3 selection. I have no available unit to connect it to, we just want the red light to come back on. (Located at the near center underside).

Logitech MX Master 2S: Sensor not working (already tried gesture button fix)

Logitech MX Master 2s

Hello, looking around I saw that loosening the screws holding in the gesture button board worked for a lot of people but it doesn't seem to work for me. To confirm, I tested while the mouse was partially disassembled, I was able to click the gesture button to see that it was not being held down, but the sensor was still not picking up movement. All other click functions and scroll functions seem to work. Nothing clogging up the sensor window.

I figure it's the sensor chip itself that's malfunctioned. All the solder joints seem intact and I don't see any corrosion. I am able to do some soldering and was wondering if anyone knew where to find a replacement chip? I would also settle for the sensor chip from the MX Master 1 if it's a drop in replacement.

I sprung for this listing because it's the only place I've found the part but I have no idea how reliable this site is. Could anyone point me to a better alternative? The part number is PMW3816DM-TYQU
