Logitech MX Ergo: What type of switch is used for the multimedia buttons?

The multimedia buttons (or browser forewards backwards buttons) have broken on my device.

More specifically, the forewards button does not spring back to its origional position.

I've opened it up, but I wouldn't have the slightest clue what switch it is. Prefferably I'd like to replace the little print plate, as it seems to be seperate and connected through a cable, but I haven't had any luck finding replacement parts...

Logitech MX Ergo: My MX Ergo suddenly turned off and would not charge.

Hi! I was using my MX Ergo earlier and it was working perfectly fine and fully charged but suddenly it turned off. I tried charging it but after five seconds the blinking light did not blink anymore. Tried to unplug and replug and the same issue happens.

Product is still in warranty but the device was purchased in the US as a gift and I am currently in another country so self-repair might be the only option (no service repair centers in the country as well). Any tips on what to do?

Hello All,

My mouse button switches feel mushy and don't click as well as the scroll wheel switch, does anyone know what the model is so I can get replacements for them?
I opened the mouse up to see but there's no identifiable information on them, they're just marked as SW8 and SW9 on the board.
