Logitech MX Anywhere 3: phantom clicking in Anywhere MX 3

Same problem addressed for Anywhere MX mouse, but since this model is different, I wonder if there's another solution.

This happened after around 1.5 years of use.

My partner has the same mouse and the same problem, using a different OS, so it seems to me to be a hardware problem.

Logitech MX Anywhere 3: Click is not working

Hello everyone!

Well, I have MX Anywhere 3 and I have now this issue: left side is not clicking. You need a stronger click/click in a precise spot of this side of the mouse to make the click work. I have this product for more than 5 years now. I saw there are some videos about how to fix it at home... and I am a bit afraid buying the tools/paying someone to fix it and then having the issue again...
Do you guys have any tips or instructions that I could follow to solve this problem? Have you faced this problem as well? Is really worth fixing it?

Thank you very much.

Logitech MX Anywhere 3: Disassemble mouse wheel unit

The mouse wheel unit seems to have some dust or hair stuck in it, reducing the wheel's ability to spin. How do I take the wheel out to remove dust?

Also, while attempting to figure out how to do it myself, I removed a spring from the bottom of the unit. I cannot figure out how to put it back. I reassembled the mouse without it and it does not seem to affect functionality, but I'd like to put it back anyway.
