Logitech M510: How to connect Logitech M510 Mouse to a non unifying receiver?

I have lost the unifying receiver.

I have a spare logitech non-unifying receiver with me.

Can someone help on how to connect/pair the M510 mouse with non-unifying receiver?

Many videos suggest to press the connect button in the mouse, which I'm not able to locate it in the mouse.

when scrolling up or down it locks in place and the only way to scroll is to put the cursor on the right and use the arrow

Logitech M510: My mouse's invisible optic is not working, how do I fix it.

The M510 Logitech mouse like all mouses have a invisible optic to scan and tell were the mouse on the screen to move, it's should have a red light coming out but it doesn't. The green light on the top is on and I try replacing the batteries.
