Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse: My Logitech M185 does not turn on

Hi, I just got a used Logitech M185 but it does not turn on.

I already opened it but I couldn't find anything suspicious.

Is there anything else I could try?

so whenever i scroll up for example, the page instead of going up normally, it "jitters", aka scrolls down for a bit and then up, and this happens multiple times

sometimes a slight movement in the wheel will cause it to move a lot, more than normal scrolling

My Logitech M185 can’t work. I plugged the usb in already but my cursor didn’t move at all when i use the mouse. Before this happen, sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn’t.
