Headset batt went flat. When plugged in to charge, there's no indication of any light.

When connected to pc to check, the battery was at 2% with red blinking light. After which it went off and disconnected.

For incoming calls to my softphone or Microsoft Teams, I don’t hear the ring,. I do hear audio when I answer the call or connect to a Teams meeting. Thank you.

Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought the headset could still be used if plugged into the USB with the charging cable. I worked fine with OS Windows 8 but not with Windows 10. Any ideas

I have a "Coolest" Bluetooth speaker that suddenly started doing the "low battery" beeping. Even when it's fully charged. It beeps every five minutes at full volume. Is there a way to stop it? I like the idea of replacing the battery or cutting of the beep alert system or what ever it is. Someone please help me! I'm poor and i need music!
