I called support and was disappointed to learn that they do not repair their own products, nor do they have any information about 3rd party repair places. They also don't sell replacement parts (shocker). All they offer is a 3 month warrantee that replaces broken products... Well I've had this remote for a year and a half and was really hoping to keep using it!

So does anyone know where I can buy a replacement LCD for the Harmony One? After looking at the excellent teardown here I think I could handle the fix myself if I had the part... I know it's a longshot, but I had to ask! Thanks ifixers.
