Logitech Harmony 650: My remote keeps resetting its self

My Logitech Harmony keeps resetting itself. I don't know why this keeps happening. What is causing this to happen, and how can I fix it?

Hello!

I've seen on youtube.com that you can disassemble remote control

harmony 650.

I have a remote control harmony 650.

I wonder if you can buy the plastic buttons for the remote harmony 650.

For a part of the plastic from the buttons has come loose and some of the color of the buttons begins to disappear. (see picture)

I have an issue with my backlight. I dropped down my remote and after that is happens that screen backlight do not glow out. That is causing and limits my batteries life to 2-3 days. Is there any advice how to repair it. Thank you

It's there a way to fix the backlit for the buttons on the Logitech Harmony 650 Remote. The buttons light up on one of my remotes but not the other. Thanks!!!
