Logitech H800 Wireless Headset: Loose Charging Port on H800 Headset

Bought this Logitech H800 wireless headset refurbished and it worked well for a year, but now the micro-usb charging port has become loose and needs to be at a precise angle for the headset to charge.

This means I can still charge it if I wrap the cord around it and leave it over night to get the charger sticking in at the right angle, but one of the nicest features was that I could use it plugged in if the battery died and that no longer seems to be an option since I can't get the angle right when it's on my head.

Since it's off warranty, does anyone have advice on trying to correct this issue?

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset: How about the low-battery annoying beeping?

Hello,

I own the same device, and I am looking for a solution to the 3 seconds beeping that happens for hours before the battery runs low and just don't let me make the best out of the headsets. Is it possible to identify and cut the line that is responsible for that sound permanently? I would know if the battery is low when sound no longer comes out, as easy as that.

The engineer behind this idea is plain stupid, you don't tell people that the highway is no longer usable at a certain distance by placing nails on the road every meter.

Could you please kindly and generously guide me with your high wisdom through this deed?

Thank you,

My Logitech H800 wireless headset used to charge when on and in use, or when off and not in use, but now does neither. I have tried using USB from computer, from wall, changing different USB cables, everything I can think of. Where can I get a replacement battery pack for the Logitech H800 wireless headset?

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset: Can the Off/Bluetooth/Dongle switch be reaired or replaced?

The outer part of the H800's Off/Bluetooth/Dongle switch just shore off. The switch itself still works if I slip something rigid, small and thin into the cavity to flip the switch. Can the switch be reaired or replaced? I've used this H800 for 10 years or more so it's long out of warranty.

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset: Microphone usage only possible with bad quality

simple listening to Musik on my H800 Logitech headset works ((Windows Sound is set to "Headphones (H800 Logitech Headset Stereo)" ).

The headset doesn't work in Microsoft Teams or Skype.

My OS is Windows 10.

It seems to only work in two modes:

1) In Ms Teams, when I choose speaker option "Headphones (H800 Logitech Headset Stereo)", I hear my partner very well, but the microhone does not work.

2) If I choose "Headset (H800 Logitech Headset Hands-Free AG Audio)", I hear my partner in very bad quality, and also my partner hears me very bad.

I tried many advices from the Internet but nothing worked:

Un- and reinstall all related drivers

System reboot

re-installed Headset in device manager

Downloaded drivers for the headset (was only available for Windows 7)

Deactivated "Hands Free" Bluetooth option in Device&Printer services (but this just deletes the microphone functionality).

What I expect is that I can use the headset with MS Teams, that I can hear my partner well, that I can use the microphone, and that my partner hears me in good quality.

Spent already a whole day on that and am pretty frustrated.

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset: Where can I get a replacement battery?

I know that there are thousands of “work alike” batteries on Amazon. Am I doomed to buy a pig in a poke or does some outfit still stock NOS of the OEM battery?

Logitech used to sell them as replacement parts (I bought 2 in 2015) but they are no longer even listed on their site. Yet they still continue to make the H800. And they contain a Logitech branded battery.

Right to repair FTW - can’t wait

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset: No sound in left ear, wires probably shorted or small break

Hello, I have a pair of logitech H800 that are probably about 2-3 years old now. Recently the sound in the left ear started to cut out. I opened up the left ear but, and sure enough, when I played with the small wires hooked to the left ear bud, sound would come back. However, now the sound is totally gone. The wires are extremely small and delicate that hook to the left ear soaker. The main problem is only a small portion of the wires are exposed and I can’t see where the short or the break might be. It seems that the wires are still attached to the left speaker, so I believe the break is before it reaches the left ear speaker. Since these are bluetooth/wireless headphones there is current from the battery. What is the beat way to diagnose this and fix it. It should be noted that the right side with the volume controls, mic, syncing etc is working perfectly still.
