Even G Hub doesn't recognize the headset as being on. The same thing happens if I connect the headset with the PC. I'm just really frustrated.

Logitech G430: G430's sound in & out

Hey, had my Logitech G430's for some time now, maybe 6 months. They've been serving me very well, but recently the sound went out in the left ear, and if I slightly move the cup a little bit it will come back, but it's definitely not manageable for gaming. Any possible fix for this? Thanks!

Any way to match the headset with a different dongle?

I have this headset without a dongle and I also have a Logitech G933 dongle. I've seen people selling this headset with exactly this dongle. The software would recognize it as a G933 of course, but at least the headset could be used.

The image below has the G933 dongle on the left and G Pro X Wireless on the right

Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum: Sound Problem because of On/Off Dial

Hello,

I have the following problem with the headset:

The sound is sometimes very inconsistent. Example on a music track, I hear the music consistent but distorted, but the singing partly not and when it does as if it were coming from a distance.

However, if I now wiggle the on/off lever, it fixes the problems as long as it is in a certain position.

Does anyone know the problem and how to fix this?
