Logitech G Pro Wireless: Why is my scroll wheel "over-scrolling" in the opposite direction?

When i want to scroll with my mouse it tends to over scroll in the opposite direction. This can range from being just a tiny bit of a back scroll or a massive one where i literally can't scroll downwards for example and it just keeps going up. Apparently this is a common problem but with no apparent fix around.

Hey, my mouse recently fell off my desk, from this event, it doesn't work anymore, i opened it to check if something was wrong but i found nothing... Can you help me guys ? when i'm charging it the light doesnt come up, idk what is broken.
