Logitech G533: Dongle creates speakers with G533's name

Whenever I plug in my dongle it creates a speaker and microphone within audio devices and nothing comes through the headset. Even G Hub doesn't recognize the headset as being on. The same thing happens if I connect the headset with the PC. I'm just really frustrated.

Logitech G533: Mic randomly stopped working

I can hear the beep which indicates my mic is being turned on when the mic is flipped up to mute and down to unmute. Although i hear the headset is registering the mic being used for some reason, it just stopped working.

does anyone have experience replacing the mic on one of these? if so please share your experience and point me in the right direction for replacement parts.

Logitech G533: Headset has no power at all

Wasn't using headset for like a week and it was always on charging all the time. But when take them has no power at all. Tried diferent cables, nothing. Check battery with voltmeter, baterry has 3.6v. what could be wrong.

@oldturkey03 here is photos. With first look can't see anything wrong. I don't know where to start checking.

@oldturkey03 Sorry for bad quality photos. There is light indicator, not sure that can couse a problem. Here's i hope better quality photos.

Logitech G533: Logitech G533 Headphones doesnt work without USB cable

My headphones don't work without the USB cable.

After disassembling the headphones, I found that the red wire was disconnected.

That's why I re-soldered it.

After soldering, it will light up when I plug in the USB cable, but when I unplug it, it won't work again.

My G533 headset won't charge or turn on no lights come on either I've tried different charging cable and PC and still doesn't work the battery is fine just the charging port I think help
