Logitech G400s: Why does my mouse not move smoothly?

While moving the mouse around my desk it tends to stick or get stuck in some places.

All buttons work perfectly except my left click, without any obvious damage, water spill, drop or etc.

I went to bed last night and everything was working fine but now the mouse doesnt turn on when i plug it in. can anyone help me

The buttons on my mouse stick for a second after I press them.

While using the G400s it will randomly stop tracking disconnect from windows, and then reconnect shortly after.
