Logitech G27: The steering wheel on my Logitech G27 stopped working

Hi, how's it going? I need help. I used my Logitech G27 on my PlayStation 3, and out of nowhere, from one day to the next, the steering wheel, pedals, and everything else stopped working. The only thing that doesn't work is the steering wheel itself. It doesn't turn when I turn it. I don't know what it could be. I'd like to fix this so I can use it on my PC today. Any information would be helpful. I'm from Argentina.

Logitech G27: Stuck on the left when calibrating

Hello to all

I am an electronics repairman.

I have a number of Logitech G27 motherboards that all have trouble calibrating.

The problem is that when calibrating the steering wheel goes all the way to the right and then to the left, but does not return to the center and gets stuck on the left.

There are no signs of burns or physical damage on the motherboard.

I put a healthy Motherboard in this device and the problem was solved.

The encoder is healthy, the motors are healthy (about 30 ohms), the adapter is healthy and has 23.5 volts output.

I have several motherboards that have this problem. Do you have a solution to this problem to fix Motherbaords?

Thanks

Logitech G27: Logitech G27 turns off whenever I plug the pedals

Hey guys,

so, as the title says, I tried plugging my G27 yesterday and it didn't turn on at all. I tried replacing the power cable and nothing. So I tried plugging it without the shifter and without the pedals and the thing is: whenever I unplug the pedals, the steering wheel and shifter work. The moment I try plugging the pedals to the steering wheel, the whole system turns off again (basically it is working as a circuit breaker). Have you ever had something like this happen to you before?

Logitech G27: My racing pedals are not functioning properly.

My g27 pedals are not working properly. I discovered that it was a loose or broken wire connection, outside the pedals main platform. I cut the wire and rejoined them, but I am still having connection problems, which shows up on my race games. Possibly loose or broken wire inside the actual device. I am not confident to take this apart without knowing what I am doing. Please advise me if you can. Thanks MR. C. M. Davenport

Logitech G27: Pedals not working at all

Hi, I recently went after my g27 to play some games on it after 3 year of being in box. Still smell like first day, but pedals not working. Shifter and steering wheel is 100% OK. I try windows 10/7 (no activity on pedals in Logitech program) and then went on my PS3 to run GT6. still only pedals not working. Opening the pedal box, no sign of dust or wire damage. But when detaching the COM port of pedals from the main unit, and then slowly put it back in; like 5 to 15% in the connector… the car in the game start accelerating or tail light lit up. Wobbling the connector make pedal command to work or not working again. Remember; when car is like accelerating, pedals are in idle position and have no force on them. and when i push let’s say break pedal while the car accelerating, the car won’t stop or anything else.

Logitech G27: Repaired optical encoder wheel but now wont calibrate

My wheel had a split encoder wheel causing the wheel to go out of alignment, so i went inside and fixed using the washer method. Once reassembled and powered on and connected, the wheel starts its calibration for a split second then stops, tries again a moment later and stops.

I'm at a loss as to what it could be, I've made sure that the wheel is free turning and aligned the wheel gear and sliding track to dead centre. I've checked that all the spokes of the encoder wheel are clean and unobstructed, and individually checked the wires on the cable that connects the optical sensor to the main board.

Any other ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
