Logitech G230 Stereo Gaming Headset: I pulled the wire out too much; How to fix?

I'm trying to replace some parts for my Logitech G230 but the headphone wire must've been accidently pulled out a little too much and now I can't replace the parts unless I push the wire back up. Any help questions?

TL;DR basically the wire is pulled out too much and I need less of the wire showing
