Logitech Attack 3: Why is the handle position not centred?

I have been using my Logitech Attack 3 joystick for a long time and it was perfectly working fine till recently I noticed an issue which I am not able to fix it myself.

The handle position of the joystick is not centred after calibration and is showing at (+23%, +9%) position . And hence, I cannot use it for FSX simulation games. Somebody, please assist in this matter.
